I'm so glad you got to see the Grand Canyon - everyone should go there at least once in their lives. Yes, it is impossible to capture its grandeur and magnificence with photos or words, isn't it! My husband and I have been there a couple of times. We've always dreamed of going over Christmas and staying at the El Tovar but haven't been able to do that yet. I loved reading about your trip.
